UK shipping is included in the price of every item, no extra fees at checkout, no surprises. We like to keep things simple.

Because we’re running this as a small-batch, pre-order model, please allow a little extra time for your order to be made, packed, and posted. We’ll keep you updated along the way and let you know as soon as your Good Things are on their way.

At the moment, we’re only shipping within the UK.

Because all our products are made in small batches and released through pre-orders, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time.

We’re a tiny team doing things slowly and intentionally, each item is made to order to avoid waste and ensure we only produce what’s truly wanted. This helps us keep things sustainable and thoughtful, but it does mean we can’t accept returns once an order is placed.

That said, if your item arrives damaged or there’s been a mistake with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@good-things.uk — we’ll always do our best to make things right.
