1. When will my order arrive?
We’re working on a pre-order basis, which means we make everything after orders come in. No waste, no stockpiles. Pre-orders are open for three weeks, and you can expect your order to arrive 3-4 weeks after the preorder window closes. We'll keep you posted throughout!

2. Can I return or exchange my item?
Because everything is made to order in small batches, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or there’s been a mix-up, email us at info@good-things.uk and we’ll sort it as quickly as we can.

3. Is shipping included?
Yep! UK shipping is included in the price of every item, no extra charges at checkout.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we’re only shipping within the UK. But if you’re elsewhere and have your eye on something, email us at info@good-things.uk. If we can find a way, we will.

5. How are your products made?
All our products are carefully sourced and consciously produced.

  • Tees: 100% organic cotton, GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified, Fairwear made

  • Caps: Mid-weight 100% cotton cord, OEKO-TEX certified, Amfori Trade with Purpose

  • Prints: FSC® certified, 20% recycled content, fully recyclable

6. What size should I order?
Check the footer of the website for a full size guide to help you find the right fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to drop us a message.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you’ve just placed an order and need to make a change, email us as soon as possible. Once the pre-order window has closed and production begins, we may not be able to adjust your order.
